I created Mensch Family Concierge to give families “Peace of Mind” when they can’t be there in person. I provide scheduled check-in visits for loved ones, homes, and properties with personalized support and care. I Serve Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach and surrounding South Florida communities.
I act as an extension of your family—showing up with professionalism, preparedness, and heart. My goal is simple: Give families and property owners “Peace Of Mind” knowing that someone they trust is looking out for what matters to them most.

Mensch Family Concierge was founded by Marc Gold with a simple belief: peace of mind comes from knowing someone you trust is paying attention. Marc brings a calm, steady presence to every visit, grounded in reliability, clear communication, and genuine care. His work is focused on helping families and property owners feel reassured that their loved ones, homes, and properties are being looked after when they can’t be there themselves.
Marc’s background spans more than 30 years as a corporate executive, where accountability, discretion, and follow-through were essential, along with over a decade of service as a Firefighter and EMT. He is also an American Heart Association Certified Instructor for CPR, AED, and First Aid. Together, these experiences shape a thoughtful, safety minded approach—ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
